Wei Kae is a chartered accountant who completed the ACCA qualification in just two years, a reflection of his dedication, discipline, and strong command of accounting principles. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

With over a decade of experience in the accounting and finance industry, Wei Kae brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to his clients. He spent more than six years at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, two of the world’s leading Big Four accounting firms, where he developed deep expertise in audit and taxation. During this time, he advised businesses on tax planning, compliance, and financial structuring across a wide range of industries.
In parallel with his professional career, Wei Kae has also dedicated over 10 years to teaching accountancy, helping aspiring accountants build a strong foundation in the subject. His ability to simplify complex concepts and connect theory with real-world application has made him a trusted mentor for many students.
He later moved into senior finance leadership roles in public-listed companies, where he:
- Streamlined financial operations, improving cash flow and reporting accuracy.

She began her career in audit, working with a wide range of businesses from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large corporations. This early exposure gave her a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and risk assessment.
